Maintained approximately 400,000 sf of office/warehouse buildings and approximately 80,000 sf of office space. Managed the implementation of energy efficiency programs reducing costs by 20%. Prepared new layouts within the manufacturing facility for production of industrial sweepers and scrubbers, and implemented the same plant design for a plant in Queretaro, Mexico.
